I will say right off the bat that I do not consider myself a religious man. Spiritual, yes, religious, no. However, I do understand the power of symbolism. I saw this composition and knew I wanted to take this photo. This wooden cross sits outside the church where we hold our Ren Faire rehearsals. I saw the two children sitting beneath it, the girl on the left, the boy on the right with the center post of the cross dividing them. You may take the symbolism however you wish, I leave the image to speak for itself.
