I wasn't feeling too creative this morning (I miss my fog!), but I wanted to create this image as an example of shallow depth of field. This was shot at f/2.8 with the new Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8 VR lens, so you can see that the DoF is centered with the foreground and background out of focus. Post-processing was done in Lightroom with a preset to give it the vignette and bit of pop.
