I reading in Tom Ang's book a section on Urban Nature, basically the style of photography that blends urban surroundings with bits of nature. In this case I came across a discarded glass Coca-Cola bottle and saw it as a fitting subject for the image. I desatured everything through a preset in Lightroom, then used an adjustment brush to bring back the red. If you look through my images you'll find I'm rather fond of colorizing black and white images.
