Just another one of those walking around shots that just jumped out at me. I was asked on Twitter if I actually visualize the post processing when I shoot. In some cases I do, but most of the time I simply take a photograph of what I find interesting, and then search through my Presets for something that looks like it has impact. I'll then tweak the settings to get what looks good. Preset used here was the Focus Street Life - Harder with Vintage turned on.
